Effective August 9, 2026
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LYTEVIEW, LLC (“LYTEVIEW”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information. It applies to every application published by LYTEVIEW, LLC — including those on the Meta Horizon Store and Google Play — and to lyteview.com.
We do not operate user accounts, we do not sell data, and nothing we collect is used for advertising. Section 3 lists everything we do collect.
1. Who We Are
LYTEVIEW, LLC
68 Timberline Dr., Nashua, NH 03062, United States
tejas@lyteview.com
LYTEVIEW, LLC is responsible for the practices described here and is the data controller for all processing in this policy.
2. How We Collect and Use Your Information
We collect information from four sources, and only four:
- From you directly, when you email us
- From the app store platform, which passes our applications an account identifier at launch to confirm your license
- Automatically from your device or browser, through Google Analytics, which reports crashes, errors, and basic usage
- From the Meta and Google developer consoles, which give us aggregated, de-identified sales and performance reports
We use that information only to:
- Provide our applications and confirm your copy is licensed
- Diagnose and fix crashes, errors, and performance problems
- Respond to your questions, requests, and privacy inquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms
- Comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims
We do not use any information for advertising, behavioral profiling, automated decision-making, or training machine learning models.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
The only way you give us personal information is by contacting us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. Our applications contain no fields, forms, or prompts asking for personal information.
3.2 Platform Account Identifier
The Meta Horizon Store requires every application to verify at launch that your account holds a valid license. Our applications call the Meta Platform SDK, which returns your Meta account identifier — a number assigned to your account by Meta. Google Play performs an equivalent check where required.
We use it for one purpose: confirming the license. It is held in device memory for your session and then discarded. It is never written to our servers, never stored, never logged, and never shared.
3.3 Data Stored on Your Device
Our applications may store settings, preferences, and progress locally on your device. This stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall.
3.4 Analytics and Crash Reporting
Our applications and this website use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to report crashes and errors and to show us whether things are working. It collects automatically:
- A randomly generated client identifier for that installation or browser, which lets us tell one device’s reports from another’s — not your name, not your Meta account identifier
- Device model, operating system version, application or browser version, language, and country
- Crash and error reports, including the technical state of the application when it failed
- Basic software-generated events — first open, session start, session length, and pages viewed on this website
- Your IP address, which Google uses to derive an approximate location (country and region) and then discards. We never see or store it.
We send no user-identifying information to Google Analytics. No event we record carries a name, email address, Meta account identifier, or any other detail that could identify you. We do not enable ad personalization, Google Signals, or audience export, and this data is never used to advertise to you.
Visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are not tracked. Google Analytics is disabled for EEA and UK traffic, and no analytics cookies are set on those visits.
Elsewhere you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
3.5 Cookies on This Website
lyteview.com sets analytics cookies only — the Google Analytics cookies described above, used to count visits. We set no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no social media embeds. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
3.6 Information Meta and Google Collect, Not Us
Meta and Google operate the hardware, systems, and stores that distribute our applications. They independently collect device telemetry, platform crash data, and store activity, and give us only aggregated, de-identified reports. Purchases are handled entirely by them — we never receive your payment card details, billing address, or name. That collection is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy, not this one.
4. What We Do Not Collect
Our applications do not collect, access, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Precise location or GPS coordinates
- Microphone audio, voice recordings, or voice chat
- Camera imagery, passthrough imagery, or scans of your surroundings
- Eye tracking, face tracking, hand tracking, or body tracking data
- Photos, files, contacts, or calendar entries
- Advertising identifiers, or any identifier used to target advertising
- Health, fitness, biometric, financial, or payment information
- Any information about children
There is no advertising software, no attribution or marketing SDK, and no social media SDK in our applications. Google Analytics is the only third-party service embedded in them.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so. We disclose information only:
- To Google LLC, which receives and stores the Google Analytics data in Section 3.4 to provide that service to us
- To Meta and Google as app store operators, which process licensing and purchases to distribute our applications to you
- To our email provider, which stores email you send us so we can reply
- When legally required — by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or investigate fraud
- In a business transfer — if LYTEVIEW, LLC is merged, acquired, or sells its assets, to the successor entity, which remains bound by this policy
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Meta account identifier — not retained; discarded when your session ends
- Local settings and progress — on your device until you uninstall or clear its data
- Google Analytics data — up to 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google
- Aggregated store reports — while commercially useful; contain no personal information
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is legally required
How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of any information we hold about you at any time, free of charge, regardless of where you live, your age, or whether you have purchased anything. There is no account to close and no form to fill in.
Email tejas@lyteview.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address you wrote from, and the name of the application if your request concerns one. We confirm receipt, complete the deletion within 30 days, and tell you when it is done. If we need one detail to locate your information we will ask for that and nothing more. We will never charge you, require an account, or refuse a request based on your location or any other characteristic.
You can also write to us at the address in Section 1.
7. Your Rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Access the information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete information we hold (see Section 6)
- Port it to another provider in a portable format
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Withdraw consent, where processing relies on it
- Appeal a decision we make about your request
- Opt out of any marketing communication
Email tejas@lyteview.com to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days and never charge a fee.
EEA and UK (GDPR/UK GDPR). Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in distributing licensed software, keeping it working, and replying to correspondence; and, for purchases, performance of a contract. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — we would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information and have not in the preceding 12 months. We collect no sensitive personal information. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to non-discrimination — we will never degrade an application or refuse service because you made a privacy request. You may use an authorized agent.
Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas — have equivalent rights, honored on the same terms.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our applications are not directed to children under 13 and are not listed in any children’s or family program on the Meta Horizon Store or Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, email tejas@lyteview.com and we will delete it promptly. A parent or legal guardian may make a request on their child’s behalf.
9. Security
We minimize risk by collecting as little as possible — what we never hold cannot be breached. Analytics data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Email is held in an account protected by a strong unique password and multi-factor authentication, with access limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Users
LYTEVIEW, LLC operates from the United States, and the information in this policy is stored on servers in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will post the revised version at this URL and update the date at the top. Material changes — such as collecting information we do not collect today — will be announced in the affected applications and, where practical, before they take effect. Earlier versions are available on request.
